At Irvine Tack & Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that custom hats and used horse tack are non-returnable.
- 2.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation inside the package.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
